What this site is, and what it is not

A short, straight answer to the question every visitor eventually has: whose site is this?

What it is

• A clearnet directory that lists the three current Osiris Market mirrors, character for character.
• A set of guides: how to open the mirrors, how to verify an address, how to keep a session safe, and how the pieces fit together for newcomers.
• Static and local. Every byte on these pages, fonts included, is served from this domain. Open the network tab and count the external requests. You will find none.

What it is not

• Not the market. There is no shop here. The market is on Tor, on the three addresses.
• Not run by the operator. The domain belongs to the directory, not to the market. That is standard for directories in this niche; every one of them works the same way, and the ones that claim otherwise are the ones to watch.
• Not a status monitor. This site makes no requests to the onions, so it publishes no uptime percentages, no online indicators, no last-checked timestamps, and no graphs. When the topic comes up, the honest answer is: that data is not here. The market itself, and the operator's signed posts, are the status.
• Not a gateway. No .onion.watch, no tor2web, no "quick access" button. The only exit from this site is a copied address and your own Tor Browser.

What it will not do

No ads, no affiliate links, no newsletter box, no cookie banner, no registration, no forms of any kind. The pages do not need them, and each one is a way to sell your attention or your address.

How the set is kept current

When the operator rotates the mirrors, the signed post on Dread is the source, and the set on this site is updated to match it. Until a rotation, the three addresses on the links page are the set to use.

Why the word "verified" appears

It means one specific thing: the address matches the operator's signed announcement. It is a statement about a document, not about a server check. The verify page explains the whole method, because the method is the part you should actually rely on.
